Job Details
My client, a leading company in their industry are currently recruiting for a full time permanent Production Supervisor.
The role is paying between £24,000 to £26,000.
The hours are Monday to Friday - 15:00 – 23:00.
You must have a Reach Forklift Truck Licence to apply for this role.
The role will involve -
Ensure machinery is working to highest level of productivity
Reducing wastage
Record and report Health and Safety
Manage team of 40+ employees
Reporting any shortages to the buying team
Perform end of shift checks
Attend weekly meetings and suggest improvements
Perform daily briefs to staff
Work with Quality Control to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Ensure completed pallets are recorded and communicated to transport
Approval of hours and overtime
Provide training
Experience required -
Two years of Production Supervisor experience
MHE
Experience in Warehouse work
Local to Greenford
