Facilities Assistant - Eastleigh
Service Care Construction are currently recruiting on behalf of a housing association based in Eastleigh who require a facilities assistant to join their team on a temporary basis. Previous experience within a facilities role and a Full UK Driving License with access to own vehicle is essential for this role.
This is a full time position working a total of 37 hours per week. The role involves the following duties:
*Sorting and distribution of incoming and the collection and franking of outgoing mail
*Ensuring the legal compliance of the building including H&S, Fire Risk Assessments (FRA's)
*Monitoring the FM Helpdesk; actioning calls & requests; and updating the Helpdesk
*Delivering facilities management services in a timely manner, and complying with relevant service level agreements (SLAs)
*Be responsible for the opening, closing and security of the buildings
*Monitor the general condition of allocated commercial premises and ensure rectification work is carried out as necessary
*Provide a facilities service at any Abri office location as and when required
*Ensure service provision is maintained during absence of direct reports
*Work with the Facilities Manager on tasks/projects as and when required
*To maintain the stationery, cleaning and kitchen stock levels
*Ensure the safety and wellbeing of people working within our commercial offices
*Undertake and deliver specific projects as required
