With an experienced and supportive management team this is an ideal opportunity for the right HR individual with at least 12 months prior practical HR experience

Description

Senior HR Administrator duties and responsibilities;

Manage HR inbox including query management
Processing new starters and leavers
Assist in the proactive improvement of HR policies and processes
Manage inductions
Coordinate HR services
Support of training
Help to administer and improve the graduate intake and apprenticeship programmeProfile

Experience, skills and characteristics of the Senior HR Administrator;

At least 12 months practical HR experience in a similar role
Great communications skills
Flexibility
Great work ethic
Desire for professional development
