Insurance Consultant

Fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company based in central Thatcham. Our client is looking for an Insurance Consultant to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate that is seeking a career opportunity. If you have the ambition to train and learn new skills, in a fast-paced environment this is the job role for you. Working Monday to Friday 08.30- 17.30pm and the occasional Saturday morning, 8.30am - 12pm. This role is paying £22,000 to £24,000, depending on experience.

Duties will include:

Sell and administer products appropriate for client's needs
Respond quickly and effectively to client requests
Exceed client expectations in the delivery of their services
Ensure that the requirements of the clients are at least always met, and to look for opportunities to exceed expectations
To be professional in your relationships with clients, ensuring a friendly, quality and effective service to them
To take responsibility for your own personal development in terms of enhancing your knowledge and understanding of the products
To always comply with branch procedures to protect the client
