As a customer service advisor, you will be dealing with inbound and outbound calls from customers. Warm calls with KPI's in place.

Our client in Chelmsford is a very well known client who have a number of different locations across the UK. They represent a number of very well recognised brands and are looking for customer service advisor to join their team.
Description
The key responsibilities of a customer service advisor are;
Maintain regular contact with our customers to advise them of key moments in their vehicle ownership, and introduce them to other offers that will be of interest to them.
Accurately maintain and update the company's customer and vehicle CRM database.
Manage outbound calls on behalf of the dealership network.
Identify to the Customer Support Team Manager, areas in which there is a potential for improvements in efficiency, business opportunity, and other general good practice.
Always deliver service
Maintain a high standard of current product, process, and system knowledge.
Adopting a sales approach regarding upsell.
Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your workProfile
The successful customer service advisor will have;
Customer awareness.
Determined nature
Ability to work to deadlines and targets.
Strong teamwork skills.
