Job Details
I am currently recruiting for a Groundworker in Oldham to join a team covering repairs and maintenance to housing property.
Working for a local housing association you will be responsible for covering all ground works around void and tenanted properties. An immediate start is available working Monday to Friday (39 Hours).
You will be responsible for;
*Flagging
*Fencing
*Drainage
*Removal of waste and debris
*Minor brickwork
*General grounds maintenance
You will need;
*Relevant experience in groundworks / drainage
*NVQ level 2 or equivalent
*Hold a full UK driving licence
