Interim HR Advisor – TUPE

I am delighted to be working for a very valued client in the education sector who are based in North Birmingham.

Due to an organisational restructure, they are now looking for some interim support from a HR Advisor who has TUPE knowledge - ideally this will be from within the education sector.

However, I am still very keen to speak with HR Advisors who are available immediately and have broad generalist HR knowledge in other industry sectors.

The role will involve:

• Supporting the HR Director with TUPE processes
• Providing generalist HR Support when dealing with day to day ER issues
• Supporting two other sites within North Birmingham with HR advice and guidance

As part of safeguarding regulations, the successful candidate will be expected to have DBS clearance (if you do not have a current DBS or have not been registered on the update service previously then our agency can process your DBS for you)
