Position: Channel Returns Agent
Location: Darlington, DL1
Salary: £9.75 per hour
Type: Full time (phone number removed) - 45 hours Monday - Sunday 8AM-8PM shifts with over time available,
Possible Shifts available:
Weekly Rotation 9-5 or 12-8, 37.5hrs including weekends
or
3on 3off rotations 8am - 8pm

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* To answer all calls promptly and efficiently, whilst ensuring a good Customer experience and cost efficiency.
* Achieve and maintain quality standard KPI's in all work completed, such as calls and customer emails.
* To manage own time to action and fulfil all customer requests within the given SLA's.
* Be able to multi-task between various job roles to ensure productivity targets are met.
* Understand and follow multiple process complexities to ensure adherence.
* Be able to consider customers unique circumstances and take responsibility to arrive at a solution that satisfies the customer.
* Communicate effectively with external partners and internal agents whilst adhering to process.
* Make decisions out of process to provide the customer with the right solution.
* Understand customer confidentiality and complete verification checks on every call and email request.
* Understand the business needs of other areas of EE & BT to provide support on return requests.
Must have:
* Experience working in busy fast paced environment
* Able to deal tactfully with a wide variety of people
* A keen eye for detail
* A positive can do attitude and flexible approach
* Dedication to completing a high standard of work
Strong communication skills
* Hardworking and reliable
