We are looking for an experienced recruitment Consultant to join our Newcastle Team, based in the Gateshead office.

As an experienced Recruitment Consultant you will:
Talk to and influence decision makers at all levels.
Sell the recruitment service to them and rigorously driving the Pertemps brand.
Deal with Business-to-business onsite sales and telesales.
Service key accounts.
Support tender and presentations.
Positively profile the business within the local community.
Develop and maintain a successful industrial interim desk.
Cross sell other areas of the wider Pertemps business.
As the successful Consultant you will form part of a focused team, which is hungry for success and committed to further increasing the local market share. You will be ambitious and be looking for a opportunity to take on more responsibility

As an experienced Recruiter you will hold the following skills and experiences:
A proven track record of generating new and existing business.
Demonstrate success of winning new business and building relationships.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
IT Literate with basic use of Excel, Word , Outlook (training will be provided to further develop these skills).
