RECEPTIONIST
Job Details
This role is to work within a highly professional Legal Firm, the role is to deliver a high quality front of house and telephone experience to all clients, visitors and colleagues. To encourage the delivery of thier culture by creating a positive, supportive and respectful working environment for all fee earners.
Duties Include
Welcoming all clients and visitors to the Knights office
Answering the telephone promptly and professionally, ensuring calls are passed to the correct department and dealt with in line with their policies and procedures
Working alongside the Office Manager to deliver a first class office experience
Setting up meeting rooms; making light refreshments
Inspecting and maintaining the Reception area, meetings rooms and common areas, ensuring they are in line with their high standards
Reporting any office defects to the Facilities Team
Providing support in the set up and management of events
Managing meeting room bookings
Travelling to other offices to provide training and holiday cover when required Key attributes/Qualities
Highly organised
Attention to detail
Ability to deal with difficult situations in a calm and effective way whilst demonstrating empathy and sensitivity
Presentable and personable - front of house
Have excellent telephone manner and verbal communication skills
Work well in a team and alone
Be IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
Flexibility Hours
Full time
08.30 - 17.30 Monday to Friday (40 hrs/w)
Occasional need to start early (8am) or to finish late (c.6.30) where there are events.
