Job Details

A new opportunity has arisen for a Senior Site Manager to join a well respected volume house builder on 50 unit site in Aldershot.

My client is seeking someone that enjoys working in a fast past and high targeted environment. They build to a high quality & have a secured multiple phases on the site. The perfect candidate wll ahve both timber frame & traditional build experience

This is the perfect opportunity for anyone looking for longevity in their position and to be part of a great team.

Salary up to £75,000

You will be responsible for:

Reporting to the Project Director
Programming
Planning & reporting
Quality Assurance
Carrying out precise works to project specifications
Keeping site records
Managing a team of site managersRequirements:

Previous experience working for a developer
Excellent communicator both written and verbal
Ability to work within budgets and to tight deadlines
Ability to work within a team
SMSTS
CSCS
