Food Production Operative

We are recruiting for Food Production Operatives in the Boston area to work in various roles such as Chlorine Operative, Line Kitter, Cooking operative, Machine Operative, Spray Tunnel Operative and General Operative. Working for a recruitment agency on a market leading FMCG food production site.
As a Food Production Operative you will need to be:
Punctual
Reliable
Flexible to carry out various tasksDetails:
Salary on day shift: £8.91 to £9.39
Salary on night shift: £8.91 per hour, after 12 weeks £9.46 (only available for General Operatives)
Working Hours of Food Production Operative on day shift: 06:00 - 18:00, 08:00 - 20:00, 10:00 - 22:00 and 12:00 - 00:00 (start times may sometimes vary)
Working Hours of Food Production Operative on night shift: 18:00 - 02:00
Regular work on a shift pattern available
Footwear and locker will be provided
Cold environment
Location: BostonRole of a Food Production Operative:
As a Chlorine Operative you will have to be able to handle chemicals in a safe manner, complete paperwork accurately and timely, water sampling and do food safety checks
As a Line Kitter you will have to be able to ensure good hygiene in the department, respond in efficient and competent manner to product enquiries from other departments and ensure all traceability, product specifications and company requirements are completed and recorded
As a Spray Tunnel Operative you will have to be able to work on a production line, complete when required basic paperwork and remove any waste material from the area.
As a Machine Operative you will have to be able to operate/programme/change parts on the various pieces of machinery located in all areas of the factory, monitor the quality of products and complete paperwork accurately and timely.
As a Cooking Operative you will have to be able to Operate/programme the cooking machines in the Low Risk area, ensure that products are cooked in a timely manner, complete paperwork accurately and timely and manage product segregation.
As a General Operative you will have to be able to work on a production line and carry out various tasks in the factory (weighing, filling, stacking etc.)Benefits:
