Customer Service Administrator

Staffline is recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator in Sandy, Bedfordshire
Hours are 08.00 - 16.30
This is a permanent role with salary circa £25k

Your Time at Work
Order new products and spares
Process orders on an MRP system - confirm orders, provide relevant information to production
Develop customer relationships to ensure delivery dates are set
Chase production / packing for updates
Produce overdue report weekly
After sales - chase missing parts
Co-ordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for collection slots
Weekly sales forecast
Monthly report and breakdown of sales and Subcontractor breakdown report
Create invoice lists for processing
Provide support to accounts to chase order and invoice queries
Support Project and Account Managers
Provide MRP reports

Our Perfect Worker
Previous experience of an MRP system is essential
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is also required
Excellent communication / negotiation skills
A Level or equivalent preferred
Previous Customer Service experience essential
