Site Manager (Site based)
Rugby (Sites Nationwide)
£35,000 - £50,000 + Own Van + Travel Allowance + Paid accomodation if needed
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction Site Manager to join an established and expanding Construction company. On offer is the chance to work on a variety of different sites, nationwide, with accommodation sorted for you by the company. The company will also provide travel allowance and your own van.
This well-established company prides itself on its exceptional service and through innovation and customer satisfaction they have amassed a large and varied clientele that has left them unaffected by the current pandemic.
They now require a Site Manager to provide their knowledge in their discipline to help drive the company forwards. The candidate must have previous experience physically managing staff, have exceptional man management skills and have proficent admin skills. They should also have concrete experience alongside flooring experience which would be ideal. Experience within the industrial sector would be a bonus as most the projects and site you will run will be industrial units.

Site Manager with SMSTS qualification and 3 years+ experience in the role
Health and safety trained is an advantage (Training can be provided for the right candidate)
