Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading commercial linen provider in their search for an Engineering Manager to work at their Pwllheli Site.

For the successful Production Operatives our client is offering:

i. Circa £40,000 per annum

ii. Progressive and fast paced work environment

iii. Permanent position

iv. 40 hours per week - Monday - Friday with some flexibility required as per business demands

The role - Engineering Manager:

i. To take full responsibility and accountability for managing an Engineering Team, who will provide multi-skilled engineering and maintenance cover across the entire production facility

ii. Planning and organising all planned preventative maintenance activities

iii. Undertaking daily, weekly and monthly checks for compliance and audit purposes

iv. Reviewing, monitoring and maintaining safe systems of work

What our client is looking for in a Engineering Manager:

i. Proven experience working in a similar management role, within a fast-paced production environment

ii. A minimum of HNC (or equivalent) in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (or related subject)

iii. Good understanding of costs, quantities, timescales and contract terms

iv. Proactive and self-motivated

v. Flexible approach to working hours
