Project Manager

I am currently working with an excellent regional contractor who have recently secured a new scheme which start in Summer 2021. They have a requirement for a project manager to lead this scheme with the assistance of a visiting contracts manager.

The scheme iteself is a £6m steel frame retail project with associated infrastructure works and car park. The ideal candidate will have experience leading schemes of a similar value and will ideally have worked with steel frame packages previously.

My client is open to meeting a Senior Site Manager looking to make the next step in their career or an experienced project manager. You will be able to amend programmes and take part in design reviews and client progress meetings.
