Due to recent expansion we have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales Executive to join a growing and dynamic umbrella company offering an OTE of £30,000+ plus real career progression, birthday day off, monthly work lunch and socials, blended working (office and remote), company laptop, excellent central Chester location and Monday-Friday hours!
Basic salary between £22-25k dependent on experience, with uncapped commission (expected OTE £30k+), you will be working Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm.
As Internal Sales Executive you will be joining a well-established, friendly and ambitious sales team, making outbound calls to mainly recruitment agencies explaining the company’s umbrella options for payrolling contractors, qualifying leads, booking meetings and passing these through to Sales Managers to hold the Zoom Meetings with the clients. You will be working to targets of securing 5 meetings per month.
Ideally you will have worked in a sales, lead generation or an appointment setter role previously, providing an upselling service or in an Internal sales capacity working to targets. You must be able to demonstrate a passion for sales and the ability to exceed targets. I would be keen in speaking to anyone with experience of outbound telesales, with the ability to overachieve on sales targets set.

It is important that you have strong communication and customer service skills and you will have come from an Internal Sales, Telesales, Telemarketing, Outbound Sales, or Lead Generation role.
