Due to continued growth, we are delighted to be recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk in the Brownhills, Walsall area.
 
A well-established, multi-site company offering free on-site parking for employees are now looking to grow their existing team with an additional Purchase Ledger Clerk.
 
As a member of the accounts team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Purchase Ledger within the finance function.
 
Job Specification and Responsibilities:

Cross-referencing invoices to purchase orders
Investigate missing PO’s and liaise with managers
Supplier payment runs
Deal with invoicing queries
Receipting and coding of purchase invoices
Raising purchase orders
Posting invoices on to SAGE 50
Preparing supplier payment runs 
The successful candidate should have the following skills:

Knowledge and experience of SAGE Line 50
Comfortable working solely and using own initiative
Able to communicate with other team members
Advanced Excel skills
Attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills
Full UK Driving Licence 
The working hours of the role will be 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday.
