A family owned construction company in Cirencetser are looking for a new Finance Manager to head up the day to day Accounting function and supervise the finance team.

A well know construction company in the Cirecnester area looking to hire a Finance Manager to take ownership of the finances and support the wider operations of the business.

Description

As a Finance Manager, you will report into the MD, responsible for the day to day management of a small finance team, and the production of monthly accounts.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: management of a small team of transactional finance staff; production of monthly management accounts; VAT returns; CIS; Bank Reconciliations; Cash Flow Forecasting; Budget Preparation and Analysis, Preparation and submission of CIS returns

Profile

Have knowledge of working in a similar Management Accounts/Finance Manager role - Essential

- Have knowledge of working in the Construction/Property Industry - Essential

- Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential

- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
