Part Time On Site Co-ordinator

We are currently looking to recruit an Onsite Coordinator to represent Careerlink at one of our most prestigious clients.

This role will take place in the evening as our client operates predominately with night shifts. We are looking for the right candidate to work 4 evenings a week.

The hours of work can vary so flexibility is key. At present the start times are 3pm-9pm however at peak this can extend from 1pm-10pm increasing to full time work.

The main element of this role is handing over agency staff to meet our clients requirements and to ensure the night operation runs smoothly.

The duties will include;

Checking in staff and handing them over to their section leaders
Creating a rapport with our client to ensure staffing quality is at its maximum
Supplying new staff with uniform making sure it is collected from the offices in Hinckley
Creating ID badges if needed
Creating reports to reflect staff attendance and general comments regarding shifts.
Working with our other on site representatives to cover holidays/sickness across our 5 sites. You must be able to drive as this location is very remote with no access to public transport this job also requires travelling to our other sites based in Hinckley and the West Midlands.

The successful candidate will be subject to an up to date CRB check.
