Collections Advisor

Adecco Chester are proudly recruiting for a Collections Advisor to join our client, in a head office location based in Wrexham Industrial Estate. The successful candidate would possess great communication skills, a confident telephone manner and a professional approach. This is a role in a fast-paced office, so an ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload is key.

Key responsibilities:

Day to day management of outstanding invoices
Collection and chasing of outstanding invoices
Updating and maintaining the debit management and ledger systems.Experience:

GCSEs at grade C and above (English and Maths)
Previous experience in collections or debit management
Previous experience in credit control (advantageous but not essential)This role is Monday to Friday, office working hours. Statutory benefits with onsite free parking.

Salary £18,000 to £20,000
