Do you love customer service but don't want to work in contact centre? Would you enjoy working with a small, friendly team? Are you looking for some flexibility between the office and home?
We have a customer service role, based at our client in Blackpool. The role is working for the ecommerce side of their manufacturing business. They sell a number of products directly through their website and through sites such as Amazon and Ebay.
In this role you will support customers with their purchases, give product information and help them with deliveries and return of faulty goods.
Main customer service duties to include;
* Taking inbound calls from customers
* Helping to resolve queries with faulty goods, deliveries, orders and questions about products
* Placing orders and liaising with production for updates
* Recommend products for customers and ensure they match their specific needs
* Update the system with customer notes
Skills and experience required:
* Experience of customer service in either an office, call centre or face to face
* Good computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems
* Someone who is patient and empathetic
* Someone who takes the time to build rapport with customers and ensures they received the best possible experience
Benefits include:
* Basic salary £18k
* Monthly bonus up £250 per month - based on achieving KPIs
* Flexible working between office and home
* Friendly office environment
* Hours Monday to Friday 9am-5pm - some flex may be needed in the future
* Free parking
* 26 days holiday plus stats
