Description
The successful candidate will join my clients operation as a Warehouse Team Leader where they will undertake the following roles and responsibilities:
Leading a team of up to 30 operatives
Ensuring strong KPI performance
Focusing on pick accuracy and driving best in practice operations performance
Training and developing of junior staff to ensureProfile
The successful candidate will live within a commutable distance to Colchester and hold the following attributes:
Has ecommerce experience or experience of a similar fast paced environment
Start-up experience is an advantage
Is able to drive performance and has a strong shop floor presenceJob Offer
