Recruitment Resourcer
Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm

Careerlink are an established agency since 2003 - since our first placement our ambition is to build a different recruitment service operating ethically, passionately and with integrity.
We are looking to expand our core team within Hinckley.
This role would suit a person with previous recruitment experience or an individual who would like to start their career in recruitment with a clear progression path set out.
You will be working closely with the account manager and as part of a team that provides and supplies temporary staff to Careerlink's largest and most prestigious client with the added bonus of working within the client's own office suit.
Recruitment is a fast-paced industry, the right candidate needs to be resilient and pro-active within this position.
Duties within the role:
Booking shifts daily across multiple sites
Maintaining regular contact with candidates
Creating timesheets and liaising with management
Completing administrative duties throughout the day
Working towards daily and weekly targets
Creating job Ads and sourcing candidates
CV screening, phone and one-on-one interview
Ensuring all HR compliance is documented when recruiting
Dealing with Visa, Passport and candidate documents
Booking candidates for health and safety assessments
Working closely with a Careerlink on-site Rep
Included in part of an on-call out of hours rota (includes weekends)
The Candidate:
Previous experience within recruitment would be beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided throughout your career with Careerlink.
You must be comfortable and confident interacting with people over the phone and build relationships with the client and candidates.
An excellent standard of verbal communication accompanied by strong listening, persuading and influencing skills.Careerlink has built an established relationship over 10 years with the client in question. This contract will continue to develop and expand resulting in multiple opportunities for the successful candidate over the coming years.
Recruitment experience is not entirely necessary, we are looking for an individual with the positive mindset and ambition to be successful.
