HR Assistant

Are you available immediately? Do you have experience of working within a Human Resources team? Have you excellent interviewing skills and techniques?

If so, my professional client based in Aylesbury is looking for a temporary member staff to assist within their busy Human Resources team. A large part of this role, will be to assist with the day to day recruitment needs of the organisation, this will involve interviewing applicants at a competency based level, organising contracts of employment, and dealing with end of employment, disciplinaries and exit interviews. A knowledge and background of working within Human Resources team is desirable, experience of interviewing is essential. Duties will also include general administration, using Microsoft packages and their in house systems.

This position requires for you to be a highly organised individual, and to be able to work efficiently when under pressure.

You will be required to work from home for this role, and be happy to use your own PC equipment.
