Customer Service Representative (French Speaking)

Customer Service Representative- £25,000- Outskirts of Cambridge

We are currently recruiting for a French speaking Customer Service Representative on behalf of our manufacturing client located on the outskirts of Cambridge.

The hours for the role will be:

Monday-Friday 09:00am-17:00pmBenefits:

Yearly bonus schemeReporting to the Customer Services Manager and working as part of the European Customer Service Team, the core role responsibilities will be:

Dealing with calls and emails from customers and the France based sales team
Process orders in a timely manner
Setting up new customer accounts
Work with customers to find the best solutions for any issues they may have
Manage relationships with customers by keeping them updated with shipment dates, making sure they are as accurate as possible
Credit notes and invoicingExperience:

To be successful in your application you must:

Be fluent in speaking, writing and understanding French
Be able to work as part of a team
Exemplary customer service skills
Brilliant organisational skills, attention to detail and computer skills
