Are you a motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for a progressive opportunity to join a growing team at an exciting time for the business?

Excellent role on offer for a Quantity Surveyor to become part of a high growth and close-knit team who specialize in the Modular sector.

Do you have experience working as a Quantity Surveyor running projects or large packages for a Large Subcontractor or Main Contractor? Are you looking for a long term role with great progression/training opportunities where you can grow alongside this expanding business?

This company refurbish and provide modular buildings within a wide range of sectors including commercial, residential, and healthcare sectors. Having grown throughout the pandemic, they are expecting an increase in turnover and have an impressive order book, therefore looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

In this role you will be running all subcontract packages ensuring reports and cost control reviews are managed on time providing advice and findings to the project managers. You will be a confident communicator with contractors and the team. You will be Estimating and running CVR's (Cost Value Reconciliation).

This role would therefore ideally suit a Quantity Surveyor with experience working on a variety of construction projects in different sectors. A sound understanding of Quantity Surveying and Estimating.

The Role:

Running sub-contract packages
Running CVRs
Report to the Senior Quantity Surveyor and relevant Project Managers
Manage orders for contractors
Training to support progression
The Person:

Strong industry knowledge within the construction sector with proven experience in the residential or commercial sector
Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor
Full UK Driving License
