Job Details

We are recruiting for a Technical Support Administrator on behalf of our well established Evesham based client. You will be responsible for maintenance of the Quality Management System as per the ISO9001 standard.

Key tasks are as follows:

Reporting to the Quality Manager on a day to day basis the key roles and responsibilities are:

· Day to day management of the Quality Management System whilst providing support to Quality Manager in implementation, monitoring and continued improvement further management systems including 14001 and 18001.

· Managing the Internal Audit Schedule and liaising with other internal auditors to ensure schedule is adhered to and corrective actions are being completed in a timely manner.

· Day to day management of the external non-conformance process including reporting of any non-conformities to suppliers and managing the non-conformance through to successful closure.

· Support Engineering in creation and implementation of; NPI, DFMEA and FAIR documentation

· Support introduction of new product to production process including PPAP process, FAI and Controlled Builds.

· Undertake dimensional and visual verification of product when required

· Monitoring the relevant Company Quality KPI's and take appropriate action when adverse trends are identified.

· To support manufacturing in root cause analysis and prevention of defect recurrence.

· Oversight of calibration processes

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

· Strong understanding of ISO9001:2015

· Previous experience in a technical role

· Intermediate Microsoft Excel user

· Trained Internal Auditor
