Head Cook / Full Time / Diss, Norfolk / Immediate start / Temp to perm
Head Cook required to work in Diss, Norfolk
£10.00 per hour
Key responsibilities:
Work well under pressure in a busy environment
Contributing towards menu ideas
Ability to cook menu items from fresh, such as Cakes, Scones, Sausage Rolls.
Knowledge and understanding of food quality
Experienced in the use of catering equipment such as ovens, pizza ovens and grills
Full understanding with food hygiene, COSHH, health and safety and Food Hygiene.
Knowledgeable and confident when dealing with allergies, intolerance, vegan, vegetarian
Attention to detail, make sure each dish is produced the same every time with perfect presentation
Maintain quality procedures, fridge temps, freezer temps, cooking temperatures and daily checks
You will be required to work some weekends, bank holidays and school holidays.
