Page Personnel are working with a well established business based in Maidenhead, recruiting for a Payroll manager to join their team.

My client is a market leading business based in Maidenhead
Description
The Payroll manager will be responsible for the following:
Managing the payroll processes, which will ensure that all deadlines relating to the contractual and statutory requirements are achieved.
To monitor and continue to develop effective communication with the Group's payroll provider in relation to service level agreements
Management of European contacts to ensure the submission of monthly/annual payroll data is completed
To work with HR and Finance senior managers to ensure that payroll-related polices and procedures are delivered effectively and efficiently
To develop and maintain current knowledge of HMRC and pension legislation and practices
Support projects and one-off tasks as required
Identifying and developing best practices to improve process efficiency
Produce meaningful KPI analysis for the board report Profile
The successful candidate will need to have the following:
Group Payroll experience
Experience recognising and improving processes within a payroll function
Experience using system transformation and the on boarding of new payrolls
Be motivated to work as part of a team but also individually
Good attitude
