Job Details

Repairs & Maintenance Supervisor

Our client is a leading construction, residential development and property services. They are looking for a strong, experienced, repairs & Maintenance Supervisor

Must have the following:

Essential

Have a Clean Driving Licence
Live within 15 minutes of the M25 corridor
Have experience managing direct labour and Sub-contractors
Have a good grasp of health and safety
Be IT literate
Able to work a part of a team
Able to travel between Wembley and Hertford Preferable

Hold a valid basic scaffold inspection certificate
Experience of PDA and scheduling systems
Trade BackgroundWhats on offer

Good hourly rate
Company car
Company Laptop
42.5 hour week Mon - Friday, 8am to 5pm
Start Date: ASAP
