Registered Nurse Manager - Sunderland Area - Up to £48,000 plus Bonus and excellent progression opportunities
This organisation has an excellent reputation in all 25 of their homes across England. We are looking for an experienced RGN Manager to run our 42 bed Specialist Dementia Service. The home is made up of 5 block book beds with the local authority which is for palliative care and hospital discharge. The rest of the home offers a specialist dementia service. This is a friendly and dynamic team, and we are looking for someone to join the family.
The hospital discharge beds mean this role is fast paced and we are looking for someone who can take that challenge on. The home is rated 'Good' in all areas, and we want you to take this to 'Outstanding'. Being awarded ‘Gold’ standard by Sunderland Council in 2018 was a fantastic achievement for the home and is all thanks to the dedicated and hardworking team of staff, and we want to keep this reputation up!
You will be responsible for all of the management duties and ensuring quality care is upheld at all times, while keeping the welcoming feel day to day. You will be supported by a Nurse Qualified Deputy, who’s role is supernumerary to ensure you can complete your role to a high standard.
The service itself is a modern building with lots of free parking! The summer house is the perfect haven on a sunny day, residents can often be found having drinks outside or walking around the secluded garden enjoying the fresh air. All of the residents are from the local area and are under the same GP, making the care offered seamless.
This is a lovely home, with a great reputation. We want someone to take this to outstanding, and in return you will be able to grow with the company and will be able to really make you mark on the home.,

Please Note: We will consider a RGN Deputy Manager looking for their next step up, as long as you have had experience in acting up.
You will be offered a salary of between £46,00 - £48,000 depending on experience. You will also be offered a performance related bonus of up to 10%. You can also take advantage of company pension scheme and excellent progression opportunities.
