Architectural Technologists, Revit proficient, Harrogate based practice, permanent role

Your new company
A growing and dynamic practice require an experienced architectural technologist to join their team. Even with the challenging global situation their order book has grown and this has meant that this practice require an experienced revit proficient technologist to join them.

Your new role
You will be joining a busy and active architectural practice with an office in the centre of Harrogate. Having recently taken on additional office space you will be required to work in office for this role. You will be working on large scale industrial and logistics projects for international blue chip clients.

What you'll need to succeed
To success in the role you will need to proficient in using revit as this is the only software used within the practice. Sector specific experience is not essential but due to the nature of the clients logistics or large scale industrial would be advantageous. You will need to be confident in a client facing role and delivering projects both independently and as part of a team.

What you'll get in return
As well as a competitive salary of £26,000 - £30,000 (exp dep) your new company offer cycle to work and an good social aspect to the company, (when permitted). Your new holiday allowance is quite competitive with 20+8 days as well as Christmas shutdown and an extra day at Christmas.
