• £19,000 per annum

• 39 Hours per week
A large manufacturing company with multiple large-scale international operations is on the lookout for an entry level HR Administrator looking to kick start their career in Human Resources.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Arranging interviews, updating tracking systems, produce paperwork, diary management.
• Checking Rights to Work, GDPR compliance.
• Onboarding activity, arranging Induction programmes for new starters taking up references and advising Finance & Payroll of new employee details.
• Maintain and update HR Database.
• Process leavers and arrange Exit Interviews.
• Supporting the wider HR Team with their administrative duties.
Knowledge and Experience:
• CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) would be desirable.
• Relevant experience of working in a busy office environment
