Digital Account Executive

A new, exciting opportunity has arisen to join an ever-growing business on the outskirts of Nantwich. My client has seen immense growth year on year and are now looking for an organised, positive individual to join a new department within the business. Reporting to and supporting the Digital Platforms Manager with a number of eCommerce accounts including Amazon, Ebay and Very, this is likely to be a varied role, requiring high levels of flexibility. As their online selling strategy is shaped and developing, you will have the opportunity to become involved in varying aspects of maintaining and growing this sales channel.

Duties required:

The main duties within this role are likely to include:

Regularly accessing sales channel orders and translating them onto the appropriate internal systems, so as to accurately capture the sale and prompt operations activity.
Monitoring sales channel inventory to ensure that availability is accurately reflected to our partners customers.
Supporting with data analysis, to make sure the company is operating within lean parameters to maximise profit levels.
Translating orders from amazon, e-bay etc on the system X3
Helping to manage a full range of advertising and marketing activity - including set-up and analysis of ongoing campaigns.
Monitoring product listing on Amazon, ebay & (url removed), ensuring content is user friendly.
Supporting in the maintenance and improvement of affiliate relationships to help drive sales growth.
Search Engine Optimisation tasks, including monitoring product key words for users
Product configuration and pricing tasks including any faults and errors The successful applicant will be: Adaptable and remain calm when workloads are high. Have a very high standard of attention to detail and strong organisation skills. Confident using Excel. Knowledge of X3 (preferable). A genuine interest in eCommerce and a desire to learn. Happy to work in a small team.This role would suit someone who has a desire to work in a fast paced sales environment where no two days will ever be the same.
