Job Details

Position - Site Manager

Location - Blackpool

Contract Length - 8 weeks

Pay rate - £225 - £250 p/d

Start date - June 1st

A Refurb anf Fit Out Contractor requires a Site Manager to lead the delivery of a revamp of a Supermarket in Blackpool

Duties and Experience to include:

Previously delivered Supermarket Refurbishments.

Effectively manage the project through to completion.

Supervise all direct staff and subcontractors to ensure they deliver quality.

Produce and maintain accurate site records.

Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the company's policies and procedures

Resolve issues on site in a timely manner

Develop and maintain good working relationships with client and supply chain

Essential Qualifications:

CSCS

SMSTS

First Aid
