OA Executive is pleased to have partnered with an industry leading edTech company looking for a Head of Product Management to lead a brilliant team of Product Managers and Designers.

In this role you will need to:
Lead the Product Management and Design teams to execute against our vision and roadmap, ensuring all planned work is delivered and mitigating issues where possible
Be a player-coach and ensure the continuous development of our Product Managers and Product Designers
Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements and lead joint design sessions with design, engineering and delivery teams
Review product specifications and requirements; appraise new product ideas and/or product or design changes
Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment
Work across the Product Delivery, Engineering and Support teams to streamline processes whilst maintaining a high standard of service delivery
Define product best practices to ensure that customer obsession / insight is a major input into roadmap work
Work with the Product Director to shape product strategy and marketing activitiesRequirements
Strong experience in senior product management roles in SaaS, with edTech/learnTech sector experience desirable
Strong experience in managing PM and UX teams
All-around great people leader: capable of mentoring, inspiring and influencing a team
Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders a must
Ability to analyse complex data and look for trends in the market and users' opinions and behaviour.
Deep understanding and experience with Agile methodologies. Experience in Scaled Agile (SAFe) is desirable
Organisational and time management skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
