Senior Recruitment Consultant
Extra Drivers part of The Staffing Group have an excellent opportunity to join us as a Senior Recruitment Consultant in our transport team, which is based in Feltham. Recently, acquired by the leading blue collar digital recruitment agency in Europe - Jobandtalent; we are able to provide hot desks with outstanding growth opportunities moving forward throughout 2021 and beyond.
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant your duties will include:
Winning new business within the greater London and surrounding areas
Service clients to maximise returns and attain market share in each client
General administration to maintain internal and external compliance requirements
Take part in an on call rota
Work effectively as part of a team to ensure client and candidate satisfaction The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of 12 months experience in recruitment
Experience in either the Industrial or Driving sector
Have there own car / driving licenseIn return, we can offer a Senior Recruitment Consultant:
A basic salary up to £28,000 with an OTE of up to £36,000
23 days holiday plus bank holidays
