8.30am - 5pm
We are recruiting for an experienced administrator to work as part of a small team in the regional office of a global engineering company based in Stockport.
Responsibilities will include:
Dealing with incoming calls and visitors
Raising invoices and processing on Sage
Raising purchase orders
Stock checking and placing orders
Updating the in house database
Arranging deliveries/couriers
Filing/dealing with mailWe are looking for someone with the following:
Previous administration experience
Experience dealing with and processing invoices
Excellent IT skills including all MS Office programs and invoicing systems
Ability to deal with a wide range of people including staff based remotely
Excellent attention to detailHours: 8:30am - 5pm Monday - Friday
Salary: £21,000
