Customer Service Advisor needed for a permanent position in a global, market-leading business. You will be part of a friendly and supportive team working Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-2pm. Salary is up to £20,000 per annum plus bonus and excellent Company benefits!
Client Details
Our client, a global market-leading business are looking for a Customer Services Advisor to join their friendly and supportive team. You will be responsible for answering queries and coordinating engineer visits via email and telephone.
Description
Duties and responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor role include, but are not limited to:
Answers to customer enquiries regarding processing sales orders via telephone and email
Processes small works orders including spare parts purchases
Ensures the update & accuracy of data in our bespoke computer system
Manages stock movements in coordination with logistics and despatch
Responsible for taking and arranging call outs and sending any parts required for repairs.
Process warranty claims
Backlog follow-up: controls and processes manually review orders for status
Profile
The successful candidate for the Customer Service Advisor role will possess:
Experience in Customer Service / Sales Administration or similar role
Excellent communication skills
Numerate with strong attention to detail
Able to work at pace in a busy environment
Team player
Minimum GCSE in Maths and English or equivalentJob Offer
