Parts Co-ordinator

We are currently seeking an experienced coordinator to join a well established and growing business based on the outskirts of Exeter. The successful candidate will be responsible for organising the sales order processing of the parts department. Duties will include but are not limited to:

Sales order entry
Provide top quality customer service - answering queries, checking orders
Provide technical advice (where possible)
Invoicing
Liaising with other departments to deliver a full service This role is fast paced and requires someone with a logistical and proactive approach to planning and administrative tasks who also enjoys customer interaction & providing a great customer journey.

Skills/Experience

Excellent communication skills
Strong IT skills (experience using SAP preferred)
Demonstrable coordination experience
Excellent Customer Service experience
Able to work as park of a team
