A brilliant opportunity has arisen with a leading service provider and FTSE 250 business for an Internal Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner. As a result of successfully tendering for a large scale contract, they are looking to grow their Talent Team significantly.
This role would suit an experienced recruiter from either an agency, RPO or internal resourcing background. This is a home-based role and open to applicants across the UK.

Description
Responsibilities of the role will include the following:
Work closely with stakeholders across the business to determine immediate and upcoming recruitment requirements;
Build relationships with hiring managers to ensure effective and efficient recruitment processes;
Conduct job briefings with hiring managers to understand requirements;
Create engaging adverts and posting to relevant job boards and social media sites;
Shortlist CVs and conduct initial telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability;
Run recruitment events, conduct interviews and select the suitable candidates for offer;
Proactive sourcing of candidates through CV databases and LinkedIn;
Ensure effective candidate pipeline engagement to ensure engagement throughout the end to end process;
Liaise with other HR Service Support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process;
Ensure data in ATS is kept up to date and accurate at all times.Profile
Candidates wishing to apply to this role should have:
End-to-end recruitment experience;
Experience of proactive candidate sourcing;
Effective candidate pipeline management skills;
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
The ability to work to deadlines, in a fast-paced environment.Job Offer
We have a number of roles available offering between £28,000 and £32,000.
Working hours are 8:30-17:00, Mon-Fri + home-based role + full equipment provided + 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays + employee pension scheme + life assurance + professional development + employee benefit scheme
