Supply Chain Manager - ideally with Mandarin(Fixed Term Contract)
This role is paying between 35-45k per annum
About This Role:
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager who is able to come in and immediately pick up demand planning, stock vs. availability management, rolling outbound forecasting, and end-to-end Supply Chain reporting that incl. local stock level, customer forecasted in-take.
The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for forecast accuracy and stock efficiency. You will also take care of internal CPFR process and international in-bound coordination.
This is a fixed term contract role, reporting into wider GoToMarket and Business Operations division. The team is rapidly growing, hence upon the end of the contract, there are opportunities to extend or to be transited into permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end Supply Chain reporting which includes but not limited to
o Inbound
o Warehouse stock level,
o Outbound forecast,
o Customer sell through/ sell out data, and
o Channel stock level.
- HQ CPFR process
- Forecast accuracy
- Stock efficiency (efficient DoS)
- International in-bound management
- Local 3PL management and stock reconciliation process
- Continuously improve process to streamline the Supply Chain Operations
Requirements:
1. Supply Chain Management - Team management experience in fast paced technology product companies managed complex and large customer and product SKU matrix.
2. Strong analytical and project management skills and track record in achieving Supply Chain efficiency improvements.
3. Expert level MS Excel skills.
4. Strong sense of ownership mentality and can-do attitude.
5. Excellent attention to details and ability to prioritise among tasks with conflicting deadline.
6. Great interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Passion and drive for success through constantly looking for opportunities to add value.
8. Experience in Logistics and Supply Chain operations and EDI is a great plus.
9. Relevant experience in the consumer electronics industry is not a must but highly desired.
10. Bi-lingual English and Mandarin speaking candidates are highly desired.
