This is a varied opportunity where you will be responsible for leading a team of 10 to ensure that all passport and compliance procedures are being met to a high professional standard. You will be responsible to comply with strict COVID procedures to ensure the safety of all members of staff and visitors.

People management for a team of 10 members of staff
Processing timesheets
1 on 1 staff meetingsProfile

This role would suit an individual who enjoys working closely in a team dynamic and has previous management experience at Team Leader level. Excellent communication skills are essential to this role in addition to flexibility to work shift patterns including Saturdays with a day off in the week. Shift patterns will be eiher 8am - 4pm or 11:30am - 8pm and 9am - 5:30pm on Saturdays. A DBS check is required for this role with 3 years employment references.
