Full Time
A local company are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their busy team, on a temporary basis. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to start immediately.
Role and Responsibilities
* The processing of sales orders, dealing with customers, giving advice and guidance on product recommendations in a friendly & professional manner.
* Maintain a positive contribution to an efficient, motivated group of individuals committed to providing outstanding levels of customer service.
* Responding to emails such as pricing enquiries, chasing purchasing orders for outstanding renewals
* The timely completion of all associated administrative tasks
Knowledge and Experience
* Driven and focused to work on own initiative
* Must have a strong Customer service skill
* Demonstrate a high level of customer service
* Excellent communication skills written and verbal
* Well organised and able to prioritise and multitask
* Self-motivated and capable of dealing with fast moving and varied events which are demanding
* Computer literate with the ability to use Microsoft Office suite of applications, Word, and intermediate Excel skills, specifically, spreadsheet capability
