Manufacturing Production Engineer-Days
£30-33K plus pension, life assurance, childcare vouchers, parking, 25 days holiday.
Nottinghamshire, commutable from Nottingham, Grantham, Newark, Mansfield, Lincoln
Are you a Mechanical/Electrical Production Engineer from a Continuous Improvement background looking for progression, and a chance to join a global market leading company?
On offer is a day's based role, with on-going technical progression and training.
This company is the leader in the supply of precision and mechatronic products, primarily for the automotive industry.
The role's purpose is to provide engineering support to all departments within the manufacturing plant by identifying and implementing improvements to enable production targets to be met.
THE ROLE
*Develop and implement process improvements
*Monitor production runs of sample batches of bearings to ensure they meet specification requirements.
*Coordinating new machine builds
THE PERSON
*Time served, fast paced manufacturing engineering background ideally with a mechanical or electrical engineering qualification
*Production engineering background in a process/component manufacturing industry
*Experience of process improvement
The role is working 8.30-4.30 Mon-Thurs, 8.30-4 Fri.
