JOB TITLE: Business Administrator (Graduate Opportunity)
LOCATION: Exeter
SALARY: £20,000 per annum.
HOURS: 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
Office Angels Exeter are currently recruiting for an exciting position to join a prestigious Finance company on the outskirts of Exeter, with easy access from the M5 and Exeter. Working in their modern offices in a highly desirable location which is perfect for running and bike riding at lunch or likewise making the most of the cafe / Retail facilities.
The Role
To manage queries received from our brokers in a timely and accurate manner
To liaise effectively with different departments in the company
To conduct varied research depending on the brokers request
To thoroughly and accurately check and execute documents
General administrative duties including filing, dealing with telephone and email queries from our brokers.
Skills required include
An ability to work independently and within a small team
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Excellent communication skills being able to communicate in a credible manner
Good prioritisation skills
Computer literate with a good working knowledge of MS Office
Ability to work in an FCA regulated environmentThis is a great opportunity for a graduate or entry level candidate looking for a career in this field or to join a company where you can learn, develop and progress whilst being supported.
