HR and Facilities Manager
Salary: £40,000 pro rata
Hours: 30-37.5 hours per week
Location: London with some flexibility around remote working
Innovative and forward-thinking Charity Consultancy based near Southwark are looking to recruit an experienced HR and Facilities Manager to join their team.
We are recruiting a HR & Facilities Manager to join our busy and dynamic Operations team which provides a full range of essential support services to the charity including HR, finance, office and facilities, technology, and governance. Our work is highly regarded and never more important as we seek to support colleagues define, plan and manage the transition to a 'new normal' working environment, whatever that may be. This is an exciting opportunity if you have a passion for supporting others and managing change to create a conducive and effective working environment.
About the role
You will work as part of an experienced operations team plus a network of outsourced professional advisors. You will be responsible for all aspects of HR, technology and facilities including managing staff, owning the relationship with our outsourced HR and technology advisors and liaising with the landlord's representatives. You will work with colleagues of all levels across the organisation to understand their objectives and develop approaches to deliver effectively, so you will get to work on a wide variety of topic areas and on both large and small projects.

You will be people-orientated, empathetic and highly organised,
Experience of facilities and office management procedures, including Health & Safety and IT. Previous liaison with outsourced providers an advantage
Experience overseeing HR
Budget management experience
Be highly organised and adept at planning to meeting deadlines
Have excellent written and verbal communication and be numerate with strong attention to detail
Solid all-round IT experience is essential. Highly experienced in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Be flexible, good at solving problems using own initiative
Be articulate and persuasive whilst remaining tactful and diplomatic
Commitment to the voluntary sector desirable.
