Full time, Monday-Friday - Must be willing to work 1 Saturday per month

We are looking for a compassionate, driven individual with a passion for providing top quality customer service to join our clients growing sales team on the outskirts of Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company in a sales role that involves NO COLD CALLING. Duties will include but are not limited to:

Following up on warm leads
Working towards individual & team targets
Providing excellent customer service
General office admin - including responding to emails, processing orders
Taking inbound enquiries to convert to sales using a friendly communication style.Skills and Experience

Excellent Customer Service experience
Good IT skills
Experience working towards targets/KPIs
Excellent communication skills both written & spoken
Sales experience preferred but not essential
Strong attention to detail skillsThe role will be subject to a standard DBS check
