Graduate Food Data Analyst required for a well established company who are market leading within their industry. They operate from a number of depots across the UK and supply a wide range of premium products/brands to a number of retailers and organisations.

The role would suit applicants who have ANY technical food degree or equivalent qualifications who seek the opportunity to take the first step in their career. Equally, the company will look at candidates from a technical food background who have experience of assessing supplier suitability.

Reporting into the Technical Director, you will work alongside a large team of 20 people, this role is very projects focused. Essentially you will be responsible for risk assessment of potential suppliers to assess their suitability to supply their products to the business. You will manage, analyse and interpret product data across a range of own brand products. You will assist with technical documentation and report on findings in regards to product quality and nutritional values.

The Person:

*Food Science degree or relevant experience within a food manufacturing environment
